What Mayfair Docs does

    It saves as you type and keeps earlier versions you can go back to.

    Opens .docx, .html, .md and .txt, and exports Word, web page, Markdown and plain text.

    Send a view only link that needs no sign in.

Good to know

Plain facts about the limits, so nothing comes as a surprise.

  • Track changes does not record Enter or formatting changes.
  • Sharing is by view only link. Several people cannot edit at once.
  • Each document can be up to about 1.5 MB, and each person can keep 500.

Yes. Open a .docx and it keeps headings, lists, tables and pictures.

Can others edit with me at the same time?

Not yet. You can share a view only link.

Is my work saved?
