What Mayfair Contacts does

  • People and companies

    One list, with company cards that show the people who work there.

  • Rich cards

    Several emails, phones, addresses, websites, social profiles, dates, related people, notes and a picture.

  • Follow-ups

    Set a reminder and a note on any contact and find them again under Follow-ups.

  • Activity log

    Notes, calls, meetings and the emails you have exchanged, kept on the card.

  • Smart lists

    Favourites, Frequently contacted, Recently added, Birthdays, Lost touch, No email and No phone.

  • Suggestions

    People you write to but have not saved are offered to you.

  • Merge and fix

    Finds duplicates by email, phone or name and merges them without losing anything.

  • Import and export

    Reads vCard from Apple, Outlook and Android and CSV from Google and Outlook. Exports vCard and CSV.

Plain facts about the limits, so nothing comes as a surprise.

  • Two way sync with Google, iCloud or Microsoft accounts is not available yet.
  • Shared address books and business card scanning are not included.
  • Deleted contacts stay in the Bin for 30 days.

Can I bring my contacts from Google or my phone?

Yes. Import a vCard or CSV file exported from Google, Apple, Outlook or Android, with pictures and labels.

What happens if I have duplicates?

Merge and fix finds them and lets you merge them in one step.

Can I contact several people at once?

Yes. Select several people to email, label, merge, export or delete.
